He is survived by: his wife Annette Sue Recor Watkins of Martin; his children, Lynn Watkins of Lula, GA, Nicole Lupl of Homer, GA, Mandy Watkins of Martin, GA and David Watkins of Lula, GA; and his brothers, Carl Dean Watkins and Charles Watkins.
