He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Coy Turner, Sr. and Amy Elizabeth Bond Turner; his sisters, Peggy Turner and Gurvis Brown; and his great grandchild Nicholas Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Pierce Turner; his son Steven Coy; his daughter-in-law Didi Turner of Elberton, GA; his daughter Patricia LeAnne Turner of Elberton, GA; his grandchildren, Parker, Destiny Williams of Elberton, GA, Fallon and David Simpson of Hartwell, GA; and his great grandchildren, Sabel Faye Williams and Wyatt Coye Williams. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
