She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lowery Tanner (Billy Starrett) and Maudie Tanner (Mama); her husband Billy Starrett; her son Reggie Estee Starrett (Laura) of Jacksonville, FL.; her grandchildren, Austin Starrett (Nykki) of Jacksonville, FL, Brock Starrett of Snellville, GA, Baylee Bennett of Lavonia, GA and Tanner Bennett of Red Hill, GA.; her great grandchildren, Floren Bennett, Zealand Starrett and Ezmond Starrett; her siblings, Beckie, Mike Clark of Jacksonville, FL, Ricky, Linda Tanner of Danielsville, GA, Steve and Faye Tanner of Red Hill, GA; her daughter Kimberly Starrett Honeywell; and her siblings, Sharon May, Larry Tanner, Frank Tanner and Kenny Tanner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Allens United Methodist Church (15817 GA-106, Martin, GA 30557). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Franklin Memorial Gardens (9589 GA-59, Lavonia, GA 30553).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to the Gloria Diane Starrett Memorial Fund at Northeast Georgia Bank.
