He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Lee Sr. and Stella Mae Evans Hill. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anita Hill; and his children, Bobby Hill (Christy), Steve Hill (Melissa) and Tracy Hill Freeman. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
