She was predeceased by: her brother Fredrick James Ball; her son Alphonso Haslam, Sr.; and her grandson Terrell Haslam. She is survived by: her husband Otis Haslam of Fort Valley; her son Renwick Wayne Haslam of Marshallville; her grandchildren, Kimberly Davis of Oglethorpe, Corey Mathis of Niagara Falls and Alphonso Haslam, Jr. of Jonesboro; and her sister-in-law Virginia Ball of Atlanta.
