She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Vines and Wessie Lee Jenkins Vines; and her husband Eugene Brooks. She is survived by: her children, Judith Tatman of Warner Robins, Walter Brooks (Glenda Johnson) of Baconton, Byron Brooks (Sybil) of Anderson, SC and Mark Brooks (Angie) of Americus; her grandchildren, Beth Wisham (Ben), John Brooks, Matthew Brooks, Laura Trent (Brian), Sarah Funderburke (Brian), Leanne Moore (Zach) and Margaret Arnold (Cam); and her great grandchildren, Tanya Trent, Emily Trent, Ethan Trent, Caleb Funderburke, Luke Funderburke and Hannah Funderburke.
