He is survived by: his children, Michael Perkins (Monique) of Marshallville, Georgia, Shannon Harris of Marshallville, Georgia and Jermika Jackson of Marshallville, Georgia; his grandchildren, Sharkyla Arnold, Dywoneica Bryant, Mykeia Perkins, Makayla Perkins, Miyah Perkins, Cierra Harris, Jalyn Harris and JerKayla Wright; his great grandchild Kamoria Scherer; his siblings, Mary Lou Jackson, Bettye Jean Martin (William), Nettie Rice (Julius), Eva Taylor (John), Lucious Jackson, Curtis Jackson, L. J. Jackson, Karen McCants (Aaron), Herman Jackson, Gregory Jackson, Cynthia Jackson, Ella Torres (Adalberto) and Jermaine Jackson; his sister-in-law Janet Skinner; his nieces, Rena Slappey and Nacema Martin; his nephew Aaron Jackson; his cousins, Willie Germany, William Draines, Jr., Jerome Skinner, Trisia Skinner, Ruth A. Felton and Lawrence Draines; his friends, Deon Robinson, Rudolph Felton and Tommy Harden; and his close friend Paulette Crocker. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Other masked attendees are welcomed but will be expected to practice social distancing. Graveside services are likely to be held on ground that is uneven, which is out of the control of Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. We ask that you take this into consideration when choosing footwear, such as shoes with high, thin heels.
