She is survived by: her father Cornelius Wayne Douglas (Janie Bernice Thomas) of Memphis, TN; her husband Jerome Kent Mack of Marietta, GA.; her stepfather Terrell Dewayne Douglas; her brother Terrell Dewayne Douglas; her aunts, Kimberly Blankenship of Jackson, TN, Geraldine Dodson of Memphis, TN, Bettie Hunter of Rockford, IL and Jean Holloman of Nashville, TN; her uncle Robert Perry of Memphis, TN; her stepsister Cecily Harris of Fayetteville, NC; her mother-in-law Batavia Arnette Webb of Franklin, TN; and her brothers-in-law, Orland, Ebony Mack (Alison Mack) of Memphis, TN, Bayer and Tela Mack of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
