He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary and Michael. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Kim Curran, Kelly Malarski, Daniel Higgins and Mark Higgins; and his grandchildren, Sarafina, Karlee, Luke, Sullivan, Jack and Jill.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Poole Funeral Home and Cremation Services (1970 Eagle Dr, Woodstock, GA 30189). A prayer was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Transfiguration Catholic Church (1815 Blackwell Rd, Marietta, GA 30066). A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM and at 10:30 AM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
