She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard White (HP) and Lois White. She is survived by: her husband Major Donald J. Holtz; and her children, Angela M. Holtz, Patricia Renee Whiting (Pete) and Charles B. Holtz. She is also survived by three sisters and one brother.
