She was predeceased by: her parents, Alberta Mae Burk and Lee Roy Burk; and her brother Danny Darryl Burk. She is survived by: her sister A. Lyndsey Eggleston; and her sister-in-law Donna Kay Burk. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins.
