He is survived by: his son Nathan Rachels; his grandchildren, Jackson Rachels, Taylor Rachels and Payton Rachels; his brother Alan Rachels (Dottie Howell Rachels); his nieces, Heather Rachels and Sheila Rachels Pearson (Jim Pearson); and his great-nieces, Emily Pearson and Rachel Pearson.
