He is survived by: his parents, Justin Satterfield and Sue Satterfield; his wife Donna Maddox; his sons, Michael (Jessica) and Robert (Shawna); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Blake, Madix and Olivia; and his brothers, Randy (Merri) and Kenneth (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
