It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Thompson of Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Leroy "Jack" and Reva Blanche Unland (Moser); her husband Robert Thompson; her brother Robert D. Unland; her nephew Jackie L. Unland; and also Bradford Williams.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Reva Renee and John Adams of Marietta, GA; her nieces and nephews, Molly Williams (Tashiro), Andrew Tashiro, Dana (Ruth) and Will Adams; and also, Melissa, Marilyn, Wayne Bean of Marietta, GA, James, Richard Brown of Port Clinton, Betty Miller, Laura Tenuto (Bean), Ashley Hamilton (Bean), Chris Bean, Barry Bean, Grant Bean, Andrea Kocik, Kevin Miller, Jamie Whipple, Jen Comer and Ryan Brown. She is also survived by 4 great-great nieces and nephews.
