It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Frances Massengill (Marietta, Georgia), who passed away on December 12, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicola Antonuccio and Francesca Antonuccio; and her husband Franklin Delano Massengill. She is survived by: her sons, Nick Massengill (Angela) of Marietta and Frank Massengill (Cindy Merrick) of Johns Creek; her grandchildren, Mary Eliza George of Atlanta, William Massengill (Justine) of Atlanta, John Massengill of Sacramento and Kate Massengill of New York City; and her great grandchildren, Madeleine, Liam, Emilia and Henry.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (87 Lacy St NW, Marietta, GA 30060-1111).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Tranquility Hospice Care at Kennesaw Mountain, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, Tn.
