He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Stocks Downey; his daughter Debra Anne Downey Williams; his grandchildren, Lesley, Sam Graham, Rachel Williams, Duane Kulers, Jake Williams and Meghna Davé; his children, Alan and Kimberly Downey; his grandchildren, Patrick and Kelli Downey; his children, Brett and Judy Downey; his grandchildren, Leah, Jimmy Rowalt, Drew and Samantha Downey; and his daughter Anna Downey. He is also survived by nine beautiful great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
