She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol Albert Tarr and Susie Shorey Tarr; her husband Williard "Bill" Parker; and her siblings, Dorothea (Dolly), Edna, Buddy, Albert and Clyde.
She is survived by: her son Robert Parker, Sr.; her grandchildren, Robby and Becky; and her great grandchildren, Schuyler, Zoe, Callum and Clara.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Disabled Veterans Resource Center.
