He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy L. Scoggins. He is survived by: his mother Martha Scoggins of Marietta, GA; and his brother Jimmy L. Scoggins (Jean) of Duluth, GA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Flowers are appreciated and the family also has asked for donations in Joey's name to be made to the epilepsy foundation.
