He is survived by: his children, Michael Herd (Sharon) of Acworth, GA, Pat Lacy (Ken) of Canton, GA, Joey Herd (Debbie) of Dacula, GA and Cindy Faulkner (Mike) of Dallas, GA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
