He is survived by: his wife Vicki Payne Ostean; his daughters, Amy Ozburn (Greg) of Winder and Carrie Risley (Ryan) of Suwanee, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Tyler Ozburn, Andrew Ozburn, Chad Risley, Taylor Ostean and Rylee Risley; and his sibling Jerry Ostean (Jane) of Brooklet, Georgia..
