He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Wheeler, Sr. and Elizabeth Lee McKoy Wheeler; and his significant other Mary Frances Ingram Wheeler. He is survived by: his son Harris McKoy Wheeler, Jr. of Marietta, GA; his brother Chuck Wheeler (Faye) of Fayetteville, GA; and his nephews, Bart Wheeler (Kristie) and Garry Wheeler.
