He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah and Wayne; and his siblings, Kelly and Jeff. He is survived by: his wife Leah; his children, Crystal, Shannon and Joshua; and his siblings, Susan and Tommy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
