She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Butts and Georgia Butts; and her husband Carl Blevins, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Carla Mills (Scott) and Dudley Blevins (Ann); her siblings, Janie Jones and Bill Butts; her grandchildren, Brigham Mills, Emma Moore (Hunter), Joseph Mills and Logan Mills (Erin); and her great grandchildren, Sawyer Mills and Lucy Moore.
