She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dock Gillham and Gertrude Howard Gillham; and her husband Earl Barfield. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Myrick (Billy), Kathy Bannister (Jack) and Roger Barfield (Shelia); and her grandchildren, Jeremy Ray, Jason Myrick, Kimberly Gauntt, Jenny Myrick and Justin Bannister.
