He is survived by: his wife Paulette Merritt; his children, Matthew Merritt (Lisa) and Sonya Egan (Shawn); his grandchildren, Ashley, Austin, Tyler, Corbin and Thatcher; and his siblings, Jimmy Merritt (Connie), Deborah Harder (Ron) and Eva Major (Lewis). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
