He is survived by: his significant other Amy Hopper; his sons, Daniel, Andrew and Marc; his close friends, Daniel Singleton, Sara Spinella, Andrew Singleton, Lottie Dungan, Marc Singleton and Joseph Lam; and his sisters, Jan (Bruce Ledwith) and Amy (David Guthrie). He is also survived by his wife of 40 years, his three loving sons.
