He is survived by: his children, Neltesa Hooks of Thomaston, Etkina Sumlin (Charles) of Dayton, OH, Lolita White (Roy) of Thomaston, Charles Melvin Davis Jr (Carla), Eltouie Davis (Melissa) of Alpharetta, GA, Chamelssa Davis of Thomaston, Quilzada Davis of Detroit and Delleaune Davis of Thomaston; and his siblings, Freddie Frank Luster Sr. of Dayton, OH and Barbara Ann Copeland of Dayton, OH. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
