With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Gaye Schara in Marietta, Georgia, born in Butte, Montana, who passed away on October 11, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Camitsch and Albert Camitsch; her husband Joseph E. Schara, Sr. of Joseph's Church; her brother Daryl Camitsch; her niece Denae Oehrle; and her friend Rosemary Mattioli.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Richie of Anchorage, AK, Brenda Watkins (Tony), Dr. Joseph E. Schara, Jr., Andria Yildirim Atlanta (Mehmet) and Nicole Locati (Steve); and her sister Judy Oehrle of Houston, TX.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
