He was predeceased by: his father Robert Walter Campbell; and also Kennedy Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Campbell; his mother Judith Campbell; his brother John Campbell (Dara Campbell); his nephew Cooper; his niece Caroline; his brother-in-law Luis Rodriguez (Luisa Davila); his nephew Andrew; his niece Juliana Rodriguez; his niece-in-law Valeria Rodriguez; his brother-in-law Ronald Silvino Martinez Azuaje; and his mother-in-law Olkida Azuaje. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
