He is survived by: his wife Pamela Victor-Smart; his grandchildren, Donica, Chance, Kamilah, Samiyah, Kourtney, Kayden, Nia and Amari; his nieces and nephews, Bobby, Roger, Beverly, Hyacinth, Cecille, Tom, Rosie, Eddie, Terry, Patricia, Ulga, Gale, Ann and Peter; and his siblings, Harold, Keith Ince, Keith Craig, Phillis, Gene, Stella, Joyce and Gloria White.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Southern Cremations & Funerals - Marietta (1861 Dallas Hwy, Marietta, GA 30064). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
