She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hartman and Agnes Hartman; and her sister Patricia Fada. She is survived by: her sons, William L. Simonson III (Kimberly Simonson) and Stephen Douglas Simonson (Puneet Singh Parmar); her grandchildren, Alex Simonson (Amber), Makenzie Simonson, Versace and Donatella; and her siblings, Anne Marie Schiska, Kathleen Haskins and Bill Hartman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her honor be made to Circle of Friends Hospice, LLC, dba Hospice 360.
