He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Cowart and Effie Cowart of Marble Hill, Georgia.; his wife Judith Elaine; his son John Cowart, Jr.; his granddaughter Shelbie (Marcus Bauer); his great grandchild Jameson; his grandson Justin; his son Michael Cowart (Sharlene); his grandchildren, Ashley Faith, Summer Grace and Michael Ryan; his son Dean Cowart; his grandchildren, Matthew, Emily and William; and his brother Philip Cowart. He was also cherished by many cousins and friends.
