He was predeceased by: his parents, Loy Chumley and Lois Chumley; his daughter Jinnifer Chumley; and his nephew Jeff Bearden. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Byars of Dahlonega; his grandchildren, Christian, Carter and Oakley; his siblings, Glenda Black of Marble Hill, Linda Bearden of Dawsonville, Randy (Barbara Chumley) and Tracy (Rhonda Chumley); and his close friend Carolyn Ingram (family: Lorann Rowan, Chris Moore, Phillip, Katrina Bailey, Taylor, Tiffanie, Lexie, Lakyn, Logan) of Dawsonville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
