He is survived by: his wife Elsie Pace Neal; and his siblings, Eugene Neal, Claudette Sudlow (Charles), Wallace Neal, Richard Neal (Irene), Belinda Genda (Steve) and David Neal (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
