She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Lewis and Annie Maude Lewis (McCullough); and her siblings, Noel Lewis (Eula), Charles Lewis (Marie), Gene Lewis and Annette Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughter Janice Beck (John); her grandson Carter Beck; and her nieces and nephews, Joan Champion (Larry), Cheryl Lewis Roberts, David Lewis (Teresa) and Freddie Nash (Lenora).
