He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Wilet and Ruby Roberts Patrick; and his siblings, Ruby Lee Sheppard, Dorothy Hollis, Lula Marshburn, Evelyn Patrick, Jack Patrick, Junior Patrick and Milton Patrick.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Patrick; and his children, Kathy Temples (Keith) of Social Circle, Lori Shirley (Dale) of Mansfield, Keith Patrick (Shannon) of Covington and Kevin Patrick (Cindy) of Mansfield. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many close friends.
Mr. Patrick requested that in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Children's Department of Mansfield Baptist Church, 101 Woodlawn Rd., Mansfield, GA 30055.
