Though Joe may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joe touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Reeves and Robert Earl Tanner (R. E.). He is survived by: his sons, Blake and Scott (Dawn); his girlfriend Rebecca Gibbs; his stepdaughter Jamie Gibbs Teal (Brad); and his grandchildren, Clare, Kremson, Allie and Griffin. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; beloved pets; and many other close family members and friends.
