He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harrison Leathers, Sr. and Maude Lockett Leathers; his son James Harrison Leathers, III; and his nephew Robert T. Leathers, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his daughters, LeeAnne Lutz (Robert) and Susan Clark (Denver); his brother Robert T Leathers (Nancy); and his niece Laura Bolsen (Todd). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandchild.
