He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Monk and Marsha Faulk; his wife Taylor Ferguson Monk; his children, Everlynn and Jackson Monk; and his siblings, Jennifer Monk, Jessica King, Adam Jones and Andrea Brunson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Covenant Park Church (1111 Mary Magnan Blvd, Madison, GA 30650).
