He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Effie McCullough and Brian Shore. He is survived by: his parents, Angie McCullough Angel (Bruce) and Tim Shore (Nancy); his children, Piper Rae Shore and Dean Austin Shore; his grandparents, Charles McCullough and Sandra Byrd; his great-grandparent Margaret Davis; and his siblings, Lyndsey Shore, TJ Shore (Amber), Anthony Angel (Ashley), Mackenzie Angel (Amber), Katie Young (Patrick), Tiffany Blevins (CJ), Michael McCullough (Tiffany), Dalton Smith, Joey Smith, Miranda Smith, Shay Smith and Ashley Cannon. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and many nieces, nephews and friends.
