With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margie Ree Cook of Manor, Georgia, born in Baxley, Georgia, who passed away on October 10, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Butler and Clara McNeal Butler; her husband Roger Cook; and her sister Azelee Doyle. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara; her son-in-law Tim Rodgers of Temple; her son Roger; her daughter-in-law Vicki Gowder of Plantation, FL.; her grandchildren, Kevin Rodgers (Paula), Chris Gowder (Mandy), Stephanie Gowder, Laura Yale (Greg), Alex Rodgers, Mavity Yale, Lukas Gowder, Brooke Gowder, Stella Gowder, Jake Gowder and Connor Kilroy; and her sister Merese Gibson of Smyrna.
