She was predeceased by: her parents, Shellie E. Lavender and Blanche Snellgrove Lavender; her husband Wilton B. Carson; and her sisters, Evelyn and Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Carson (Renita) of Woodstock and Cathy Livingston (Joel) of Rockmart; her stepchildren, Wit and Julie; and her sister Mary Catherine McSwain of Hiram. She is also survived by five grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Jeanette's memory.
