He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Hill Perry (Ramon) of Statesboro; his grandchildren, Shaunessy of Douglasville, Jameson, Zelma-Elizabeth and Ramon (RJ) of Statesboro; and his siblings, Kenneth Williams of Manchester, Darryl Williams (Erma) of Williamson, Lakeitha Johnson of Manchester, Valencia Scott (Styland) of Ellenwood and Wendy Dixon of Manchester. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and close friends.
