He is survived by: his wife Virginia Fern "Ginny" Evans; his sisters, Janis Burel and Judy Evans; his children, Josh Evans, Tracy Campbell, Chris Sims, Amber Behnken and Rosalynn Thompson (Dennis); and his great grandchildren, Jeremy Behnken, Caden Nix, Elizabeth Sims, Addison and Kendall Vandiver.
