She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Joseph Commerton and Anna Gumb Commerton; and her husband John Benkoski, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Mary Jenkins (Paul), Ann Webb, Theresa Thrasher (Ernie), Tom Benkoski (Leona), John Benkoski, Jr. (Julie), Stanley Benkoski and Caroline Benkoski; and her grandchildren, Summer Jenkins (Kim) of Paul Jenkins, III, Elizabeth Sanders (Dewey), Emily Wilkins (Luke), Jeffrey Thrasher (Mickele), Katelin Benkoski, Alissa Benkoski, Leah Benkoski, Brandon Ford, Anna Marie Thorpe (Anthony), Bryant Benkoski (Abigail), Brittany Smith (Kyle), Bradley Benkoski (Allie) and John Travis Benkoski. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to St. James Catholic Church.
