He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Ann Green; his parents, Murray Green and Velma Green; and his brothers, Randy Green and Donnie Green.
He is survived by: his son Rick; his daughter-in-law Sherry Conley; his daughters, Melanie (Tony Alonzo) and Tina Green; his grandchildren, Rachel, Ian, Josh, Zachary, Nicholas, Tatum, Thomas and Taylor; his great grandchildren, T. J. Tarrow and Tessah; and his siblings, Gary Green, Curtis, Chris, John Green, Sonja Henderson and Jeanette Hayes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
