With solemn reverence, we commemorate Rebecca Whitfield Sherwood (Madison, Georgia), born in Tallahassee, Florida, whose life came to an end on January 11, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandson Andrew Evins. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Brewster Sherwood; her daughters, Amy Evins (David), Elizabeth Buske (Brian) and Rebecca Brewington (George); her grandchildren, Catherine Evins, Caroline Brewington and James Brewington; her sister Jan Hughen; her in-laws, Gail and Sid Cevarich; and her brother Luke Daniel (Candi Daniel). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Madison Presbyterian Church (382 S Main St, Madison, GA 30650).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Madison Presbyterian Church in her honor.
