Ray Harwell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Harwell of Madison, Georgia, who passed away on July 17, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Harwell and Dewitt Harwell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Calvert; his children, Daniel Harwell of Madison, Jason Harwell (Jana) of Athens and Katie Porter (Andy) of LaGrange; his grandchildren, Maddie and Jack Harwell; his children, Molly, Sam, Nate Harwell, Adah and Emric Porter; and his siblings, Faye Harwell (Bernie Cohen), Jim Harwell (Patsy), Vernon Harwell (Ann), Charles Harwell (Eleanor) and Doris Durand. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ray's memory to the Alzheimers Association or to Godfrey United Methodist Church 2140 Godfrey Road Madison, GA 30650.
