We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2023, at the age of 81, Mary Sue Motes Phillips of Madison, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Motes and Maebell Pendergrass Motes; and her siblings, Francine Glenn, Ralph Motes, Oscar Motes and Charles Motes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Phillips and Amanda Phillips Works; her grandchildren, Heaven Collins, Michael Collins, Sarah Kinser Cihonski and James Christopher Davis; and her siblings, Wilda, Irene, Edna, Larry, Joe and Willie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lisa Phillips to help with final expenses, 1000 Longwood Lane, Apt 106, Asheville, NC 28806.
