She is survived by: her parent Hattie Mae Helton Wilson; and her children, Lafreda Whelan (Joe) of Elberton, William Kenneth Smith of Madison, Rhonda Felts (Danny) of Statham, Angie Ivester (Joe) of Jefferson and Edgar Franklin Cape Jr. (Patrick) of Madison. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
